Accounts, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At TotalLeague.com we take great pride in pleasing our customers. That's why we give our customers a 30-day free trial on all new paid plans. Please review our cancellation policy and let us know if you have any questions.

TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic Accounts
After we send you the email confirming your TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic account, you will then start your 30-day free trial period. Within the 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription provided you notify us by email at email@totalleague.com. We do not bill your account until after the 30 days have passed. If you are upgrading from a free account to a pay account there will be no 30 day trial, you will be billed immediately.

TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic Renewals
Your TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic account will renew on the payment plan you choose (monthly, every 3 months, or one time a year). Your account will be billed on the 1st or the 15th of the month depending on the day you sign up.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your TotalLeague.com Premium/Basic account(s), provided you notify us by email at email@totalleague.com, no later than 2 days before your renewal date to avoid being billed. If you do choose to cancel your account, in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation, refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day free trial and we do not prorate for partial months.

All cancellations must be done in writing; no exceptions will be made to this policy.

TotalLeague.com Custom Domain Names
Custom Domain Names bought through TotalLeague.com are non-refundable because the domain name company does not issue refunds after we buy the name. They will be renewed on a yearly basis. Cancellations need to be submitted 2 days before the yearly renewal date to us by email at email@totalleague.com.
