Registration is Saturday, Nov. 17 at the Trumbull Library from 1 - 3 pm.

Practice will start on Tuesday, Nov. 27, Trumbull High School at 5pm.

If you have a singlet from last season, please bring it to the Library on Nov. 17.

We are looking forward to another exciting year of wrestling with your boys.

Trumbull's youth wrestling program for elementary (1st grade and up) and middle school athletes will start its season on Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 at the Trumbull High School Auxiliary Gym, at 5:00 p.m.

The practice schedules are listed below for subsequent days.

We have the great fortune this year to have acquired the use of the Trumbull Teen Center for our Elementary School practices. This will help in our continuing efforts to provide for all of the wrestlers.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Thursday evenings at the Trumbull Teen Center, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Thursday evenings at the Trumbull High School Auxiliary Gym, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Middle Wrestling practices are held three days a week through November. Commencing December, practice will be held two evenings a week with Thursday evening dual meet competitions against other youth league teams for the middle school team.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THS IS CLOSED OR CALLS EARLY DISMISSAL PRACTICE WILL BE CANCELLED

WEEKEND USAWCT, "OPEN" & "NOVICE" MEET COMPETITIONS: USAWCT sanctioned competitions are held on Sundays at host schools throughout CT. Participation in these tournaments is voluntary and dependent on coaching availability. Cost to compete on Sunday's is $15.00 per wrestler (with a family cap) paid to the sponsoring host team - see www.usawct.org web site for additional tournament details (when posted). State championships held in February.
