Practice Wed At the Middle Shool Field events only
Meet on Fri at Tullahoma, leave at 8:15 and return late fri afternoon. Bring money for food or bring yourself some snacks, some snacks will be provided, along with some drinks.

MEET AT COFFEE CO. DEPART AT 1:45 MEET STARTS AT 3PM, MOST OF THE RUNNING EVENTS WILL BE CO-ED RELAYS, 2 BOYS 2 GIRLS IN EACH RELAY, FIELD EVENTS WILL BE 2 BOYS 2 GIRLS AND THEIR DISTANCES/HEIGHTS WILL BE ADDED TOGETHER

THIS THURSDAY WILL BE OUR FIRST MEET, WE WILL TRAVEL TO COFFEE CO. IT STARTS AT 3 PM, WE WILL RETURN ABOUT 5:30 PM

Practice at WCHS on Tues Mar 4, On Wed mar 5 we will try to go to WCMS, whenever we practice at the Middle School we will start at 3:30 and end at 5. The only ones required to be there on Wed Will be those interested in field events, practice will be focused on those events, which includes, shot put, discus, long jump and high jump, runners only are welcome to come and workout.

Originally, practice was not scheduled for Fri Feb 29, since we have had a couple of snow days will will have practice on fri from 3 till 4, please try to be there, don't forget the $30 fee, we need those turned in ASAP

We had a great 1st day. This year instead of doing a fund raiser, we will be charging a $30 fee for each participate, checks can be made out to wchs, if you have a problem with paying the full amount, it can be paid a portion at a time, or you may get a sponsor to pay it, a local business, etc. Each participate will receive a tshirt for the season, we will have a end of year awards picnic, we will provide some food and drink on some of the all-day meets, transportation must be paid for, as well as equipment. Also if anyone would like to purchase a red nylon warmup suit, hooded jacket and pants, they are monogramed with wchs track, they are $30 for the set.

When practice begins be sure to be prepared to practice outside on days that are not so cold, long sleeves, sweats, toboggan, gloves etc.
Any time school is cancelled or released early, we will not have practice if it has been scheduled.

This site will be used to help everyone keep up with our practice and meet schedules and/or any changes, please check it often, I will also post other info and pictures and meet results later. I will try to have the practice schedule posted at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, please note the location of practice, we will practice at the High School initially and it will change to the middle school later.

Everyone must have a physical form completed to practice, this must be turned in before practice, if you have had a physical from another sport we will get a copy from trainer Tim, you will not need another physical. Be sure to have the proper form for your physical, you and your parent must fill out and sign as well as your physican.
